Trinity Global Consulting seeks a security-cleared IT consultant to lead client integrations and enterprise authentication efforts. You will implement SSO, SAML, and cloud infrastructure, and help document IT architecture while collaborating with leadership and partners.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and hands-on debugging across complex environments, with responsibilities spanning testing, validation, and CI/CD support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or master's with 6+ years experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with external clients/partners.
• Ability to document processes/procedures and recognize client customization needs.
• Ability to debug software issues and propose fixes.
• Security certifications: SEC+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II or ability to attain within 60 days of start.

Duties May Include:

• Manage a client's integration with company services, applying project management skills and performing system integration across services from different systems.
• Debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes.
• Implement, evolve, and support authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement methods, standards, and approaches for describing, analyzing, and documenting the organization's enterprise IT architecture.
• Perform software testing and validation procedures, improving them as needed, and feed the CI/CD pipeline through requirements gathering and usability sessions.
• Brief Program and Customer leadership, communicate product and implementation details to clients and partners, and raise impediments and larger issues to Program Leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS SCI Clearance, CI Poly eligible; must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 8 years of relevant work experience, or master's degree with 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extensive experience working with external clients/partners.
• Demonstrated ability to document processes/procedures.
• Ability to recognize when the client requires customizations to a standard solution.
• Ability to debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes.
• SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain certification within 60 days of start.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Demonstrated experience in strong authentication technologies and protocols (e.g., PKI, SSL).
• System administration skills with Linux systems.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum, and Agile processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
• Knowledge of Ping, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of authentication standards using OAuth, SAML, or PKI.
• Knowledge of open standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and LDAP.
• Knowledge of Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA).
