Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business applications, business analysis, digital transformation, business intelligence or process improvement.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ERP systems (SAP preferred), reporting tools (Power BI preferred) and workflow automation solutions.

Job Purpose

Within Abbott Diabetes Care France, the Business Solutions Specialist supports the digital transformation of commercial and operational processes by translating business needs into effective technology solutions. Reporting to the PMO Digital & Process Excellence Manager, the role is responsible for the implementation, optimization, support, and adoption of key business platforms and data solutions (CRM, Power BI, SAP, automation tools, reporting systems, etc.). The position acts as a key liaison between business users and local/global IT teams, ensuring that digital solutions are aligned with business requirements, data governance standards and operational objectives. Through continuous improvement and user support, the role contributes to increased efficiency, data quality, user satisfaction and commercial effectiveness across Abbott Diabetes Care France.

Major Accountabilities

Business Applications & Digital Solutions Management

• Support the deployment, enhancement and maintenance of business applications including CRM, SAP, Power BI, reporting tools and workflow automation solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements from commercial, marketing, customer service and support functions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate implementation with Global IT and external vendors when applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and usability.

Business Intelligence & Data Management

• Support the design, maintenance and continuous improvement of business reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ensure the integrity, availability and quality of commercial and operational data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
• Contribute to the definition and documentation of data flows related to customers, orders, invoicing and commercial activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and governance practices.

Process Digitalization & Automation

• Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate business processes.
• Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives across commercial and operational functions.
• Support the implementation of automation solutions that reduce manual activities and improve user productivity.
• Contribute to the continuous optimisation of existing digital workflows and tools.

User Support, Adoption & Change Management

• Act as a key point of contact for business users regarding digital tools and applications.
• Provide functional support and coordinate issue resolution with IT support teams.
• Develop user guidance, documentation and training materials.
• Support change management activities related to new tools, system upgrades and process changes.
• Monitor user adoption and recommend actions to improve engagement and utilisation.

Project Coordination & PMO Support

• Support the PMO Digital & Process Excellence Manager in the execution of digital and process transformation projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, testing and business readiness activities.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates and progress reports.
• Track actions, risks and dependencies across assigned initiatives.
• Contribute to project governance and operational reviews.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure business solutions and data management practices comply with Abbott policies and applicable internal controls.
• Support assessments related to IT governance, security and vendor risk management.
• Participate in validation and testing activities to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met.
• Promote good practices in data management and system usage.

Education & expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business applications, business analysis, digital transformation, business intelligence or process improvement.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ERP systems (SAP preferred), reporting tools (Power BI preferred) and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or a regulated environment is a plus.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments preferred.
• English : good level
