Welo Data is seeking a Session Director to lead live voice sessions, coaching performers to deliver natural, conversational audio rather than scripted lines. You will adjust scripted material on the fly, monitor audio quality, and keep sessions moving smoothly while maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience directing voice talent, strong mic technique knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for performers of all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the required language with dialect sensitivity.
• Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent.
• Ability to give clear, actionable performance directions.
• Working knowledge of basic recording/mic technique.
• Comfort improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse performers.

Responsabilités

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios for natural delivery.
• Build scene context and improvise to fill narrative gaps live.
• Adapt wording for natural phrasing and dialect authenticity.
• Monitor and correct mic technique, pacing, and room noise in real time.
• Manage session pacing to meet recording targets while preserving quality.
• Create a supportive environment for performers with varying experience.
