Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking English-speaking AI Trainers for remote projects based in France. You will annotate, evaluate, and create prompts to improve AI systems across diverse tasks, with flexible assignments ranging from a few days to several weeks.

Ideal candidates are native or near-native English speakers, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently online, and eager to contribute to safer, more human-centered AI.

As part of a global AI contributor network, you will help shape smarter, safer, and more human-centered artificial intelligence through language and cultural expertise.

Accountabilities

• Contribute to AI training projects by annotating or labeling text, images, audio, or other content according to detailed project guidelines.

• Evaluate search results, advertisements, chatbot responses, or other AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and overall usefulness.

• Create, review, and test prompts designed to improve the performance and reliability of large language models and other AI systems.

• Assess content for linguistic, cultural, contextual, or industry-specific accuracy and help ensure AI outputs are appropriate for diverse audiences.

• Follow project-specific instructions, quality standards, and evaluation criteria consistently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Use digital platforms and online tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks, provide structured feedback, and meet project deadlines.

• Adapt to different project scopes and levels of complexity, with assignments potentially ranging from short-term tasks to multi-week engagements.

• Review project information carefully before starting an assignment and make informed decisions about availability and participation based on the proposed scope and timeline.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in English, with strong written and reading comprehension skills.

• Based in Slovenia and able to participate in remote, digitally delivered projects.
