Welo Data seeks a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual AI project in French (France). You will facilitate sessions, coach participants in real time, and monitor technical quality to ensure natural, authentic recordings that meet project specs.

Typical workload includes about 8 hours of calibration before production and two additional recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant, with compensation at $55 per hour and fully remote

Formación

• Native-level fluency in French (France).
• Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural delivery.
• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (recording specs).
• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate live recording sessions and provide real-time coaching.
• Monitor and ensure session quality and adherence to project specs.
• Calibrate workflows with approx. 8 hours prior to production.
• Support sessions independently following calibration and address issues as they arise.
