Odixcity Consulting is seeking a Content Moderator (Trust & Safety Specialist) to review and monitor user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform policies, laws, and community standards. The role focuses on high-priority queues and edge cases requiring human judgement.

You will manage daily queues, identify abuse patterns, provide feedback to policy teams, and make fair reinstatement determinations while maintaining calm professionalism. Remote work worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Content Moderation or related roles.
• Ability to spot subtle violations that automated systems miss.
• Proficient with moderation tools Hive, Besedo, Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Experience handling spikes in content volume during global events.
• High level of emotional fortitude and ability to review disturbing content.
• Deep understanding of regional nuances and cultural sensitivities.
• Proven track record of maintaining quality metrics at high volume (80-100+ pieces per hour).

Responsabilités

• Review and act on reported content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring it meets platform guidelines.
• Monitor daily queues to identify new patterns of abuse and escalate to Policy team.
• Provide feedback on moderation tool efficiency and workflows to increase review speed.
• Maintain a high accuracy rate on moderation decisions and participate in calibration sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback to Policy teams when guidelines are unclear or conflict with context.
• Investigate cases where content was removed or accounts suspended, focusing on fairness.
• Serve as a designated responder during red alert situations such as graphic live-streamed events.
