Alignerr is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) to help train and evaluate AI models with real-world threat intelligence expertise. You will analyze adversary campaigns, assess IOCs and TTPs, and produce structured data for AI benchmarking while ensuring accuracy and realism.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and the chance to work with leading research teams on frontier AI security projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or related security role.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI workflows.
• Able to critically evaluate threat reports and identify what’s real, plausible or fictional.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Self-directed and capable of asynchronous work.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and classify real-world threat reports, campaigns, and attacker behavior.
• Evaluate IOCs, TTPs, and attack narratives for accuracy and realism.
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data for training AI models.
• Review AI-generated threat intelligence outputs for accuracy and credibility.
• Distinguish genuine attacker behavior from noise or AI hallucinations.
