Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to evaluate AI-generated healthcare content and improve model understanding of clinical workflows. You will leverage EHR and health data expertise to judge outputs, identify gaps, and provide expert feedback.

The role is remote, freelance, and schedule-flexible, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week. The position focuses on healthcare informatics, data standards, and collaboration with AI teams to advance healthcare AI applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Familiar with health information standards and clinical/administrative workflows.
• Able to evaluate technical healthcare content with precision and clarity.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical soundness, and practical relevance.
• Apply EHR and health data expertise to assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, reporting, and health information systems.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI responses involving healthcare data, terminology, and processes.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help train and improve AI models used in healthcare contexts.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
