Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer for Telegram Ads, based in France. You will build a robust traffic acquisition infrastructure, launch performance campaigns, and optimize investments across multiple markets including the UK, Turkey, Germany, and Spain.

Responsibilities include funnel optimization, A/B testing, and close collaboration with technical teams to enable ads accounts and integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months hands-on experience buying traffic through Telegram Ads, preferably in betting or gambling.
• Strong understanding of Telegram advertising platforms and account management.
• Experience with advertising moderation in gambling, including copy/creatives.
• Knowledge of Telegram funnel architecture: channels, bots, WebApps, Mini Apps, direct-link flows.
• Ability to monitor Telegram analytics and interpret channel/bot data.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns via A/B testing and budget management.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Telegram Ads traffic acquisition infrastructure and manage multiple advertising accounts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure integrations and ensure smooth campaign operations.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns in betting and gambling verticals.
• Manage campaigns across international markets (UK, Turkey, Germany, Spain).
• Oversee campaign lifecycle including launch prep, moderation, optimization, and scaling.
• Develop and test creative concepts, messages, keywords, audiences, and targeting strategies.
• Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate variations and opportunities for performance gains.
• Monitor ad performance and analytics to assess acquisition efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and sustainable growth.
• Develop and optimize Telegram acquisition funnels (channels, bots, WebApps, Mini Apps, direct links).
• Monitor analytics to understand user behavior, conversion, and funnel effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to expand traffic across new audiences and formats.
