Growth Agency in France is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer to own paid search and performance campaigns for DTC brands worldwide. You will manage Google Ads end-to-end, optimize for actual profitability, test creative and feeds, and collaborate with a feed specialist.

A growth mindset and ability to work across EU time zones are essential. This role offers a 100% remote setup with flexible hours and a compensation structure tied to performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience for DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent English with professional client interaction.
• Profit-focused advertising understanding beyond ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads end-to-end: strategy, budgets, execution, optimization and client communications.
• Develop performance-driven strategies to generate sustainable profit and growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize shopping feeds with the feed management specialist.
• Conduct testing of creative and copy, and implement structured testing frameworks.
• Analyze campaigns beyond in-platform metrics and translate data into actions.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency, and profitability to drive business outcomes.
• Communicate developments and insights to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain notes and seek feedback to deepen understanding of performance and strategy.
• Own results and refine approaches through experimentation and data.
