Amcor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to shape and deliver hiring strategies across Europe. This fully remote role supports manufacturing sites and partners with senior leaders to build capability and drive growth.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing through onboarding, and advise managers while mapping talent and evolving TA processes in a dynamic cross-border environment. Fluent English plus another European language is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with ownership of full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing environments (operations and site-based roles).
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations with cross-country collaboration.
• Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment approaches.
• Fluent English and another European language.
• Strong Get‑the‑ground‑running mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production roles across Europe, from need clarifications to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to set priorities and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a timely manner.
• Advise leaders and HR on talent and workforce strategies in a complex matrix environment.
