Amcor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive recruiting across European Rigid Packaging sites. You will partner with business leaders, shape hiring strategies, and own the full lifecycle, from sourcing to selection, across manufacturing roles.

This remote role supports France, Germany, the UK, Spain, and Italy, offering a collaborative TA team and opportunity to transform talent pipelines in a fast-changing packaging business.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing environments (operations and site-based).
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations and diverse cultures.
• In-house and agency recruitment experience.
• Fluent English and another language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
• Hands-on, adaptable, and accountable team player.

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, set priorities, and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
• Act as a trusted TA partner to leaders and HR in a matrix environment, balancing priorities.
• Drive direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping in competitive markets.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and contribute to process improvements.
