Amcor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to shape hiring strategies across manufacturing sites in Europe. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders to enable growth and capability.

This role offers remote work across France, Germany, the UK, Spain, or Italy, with a strong emphasis on market insight, proactive sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration. You will advocate best practices, ensure candidate experience, and contribute to transformation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing environments (operations/sites).
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations.
• Experience in in-house and agency recruitment approaches.
• Fluent English plus another language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, set priorities and deliver timely hires.
• Act as trusted TA partner to business leaders and HR in a matrix environment.
