This role focuses on developing innovative rigid plastic packaging solutions that align with customer needs and sustainability targets, with regular travel across France.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in R&D leadership within rigid plastic packaging and strong technical expertise in polymers. Responsibilities include leading key projects and managing cross-functional collaboration to commercialise new packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of R&D leadership experience in rigid plastic packaging or related FMCG.
• Strong technical expertise in polymers and injection moulding.
• Proven ability in team leadership and project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the R&D team for innovative packaging solutions.
• Drive the innovation pipeline and ensure timely commercialisation.
• Manage collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
