Job summary

Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Firefox Enterprise to own and grow key customer relationships across enterprise accounts. This remote role requires frequent travel within France, with a preference for candidates near the Paris metro area.

You will serve as the primary contact, drive Firefox Enterprise adoption, manage renewals, and coordinate with Sales, Support, Product, and Solution Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, security, or platform account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of a customer organization.
• Proven track record of supporting customer renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and business needs.
• Drive Firefox Enterprise adoption, engagement, and overall satisfaction across the account.
• Manage renewals and proactively address retention risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, Solution Engineering) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including additional seats, upgraded tiers, or new use cases.
• Track account health, usage, and performance metrics, including forecast reports on retention, renewal and expansion.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning with customers.
• Resolve issues and escalation when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
