Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in a fully remote, hourly contract role to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will review AI outputs, provide expert feedback, and help train AI developers to think like real engineers.

Responsibilities include writing solutions across languages, debugging, and stress-testing prompts while working independently on a flexible schedule. This is hands-on engineering at the frontier of AI development with ongoing project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in one or more listed languages and ability to read and reason about code
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, clear written communication

Responsabilités

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions and issues
• Design challenging prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule
