Pennylane is seeking an SEO & AI Content Specialist to join the Growth team. You will build AI-powered content workflows, produce and optimise high-value SEO content, and shape our GEO approach across France and Europe.

You will collaborate with the SEO Manager, use tools like Google Search Console, GA4 and Semrush, and apply data-driven testing to improve visibility and conversions while maintaining editorial quality. Remote-friendly and hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Initial, meaningful hands-on experience in SEO.
• Fluent in French with strong writing and editing; professional English.
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflow.

Responsabilités

• Build AI-powered content workflows and briefs.
• Produce and optimise SEO content (articles, pillar pages, landing pages).
• Develop GEO content strategy to improve AI-discovery journeys.
• Monitor SEO performance and translate data into actionable insights.
