Job summary

CXM Direct LLC in France seeks an experienced contracts and compliance specialist to manage cross-border commercial agreements and lifecycle across group entities. You will ensure consistency of contractual standards and coordinate execution across multiple jurisdictions.

You will also support AML/KYC, sanctions, and financial crime compliance, assist with regulatory filings and onboarding of PSPs/banks, and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in legal/compliance within financial services.
• Experience with cross-border contracting and group-wide standards.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions, and financial crime controls.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review cross-border commercial agreements (vendor, banking, PSP).
• Coordinate execution, track terms, and maintain records across entities.
• Flag legal/commercial risks for escalation to counsel.
• Ensure consistency of standards across jurisdictions.
• Support AML, KYC, sanctions, and financial crime compliance processes.
• Assist regulatory filings and onboarding for PSPs/banks.
• Conduct legal/regulatory research and advise on FX frameworks.
• Translate requirements into practical guidance for internal teams.
• Track obligations and ensure timely execution across groups.
