AEW, the real estate investment manager for Natixis, seeks a Compliance Officer specializing in AML/CFT and sanctions. The role is based in Paris with a potential for home work, within an international compliance team focused on risk mapping, regulatory reporting and staff training.

The candidate will validate KYC/KYB, process alerts, optimize screening tools, and contribute to policy updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance environment in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of AML-CFT, sanctions and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with screening tools (World Check One, Dow Jones).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to propose practical compliance improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead AML-CFT and sanctions compliance matters within an international team.
• Manage KYC/KYB validation and ongoing monitoring.
• Handle alerts, screening optimizations and recertification improvements.
• Contribute to AML-CFT/Sanctions risk mapping and governance reporting.
• Deliver regular training and advisory support to operational staff.
• Monitor regulatory developments and participate in related projects.
