Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences or equivalent, with operations/engineering focus preferred.
• 10+ years of practical experience in Personal Care, cosmetics, or vitamin/mineral/supplement industries.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of time within EU.
• Fluent in English and French; driver’s license required; visa capability needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems in Personal Care and Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Conduct customer visits and site surveys, review processes and products for compliance and efficiency, and document recommendations.
• Assist in change control, project management support, SOP guidance, and validation training.
• Lead customer-facing seminars and internal GMP training on cleaning validation and best practices.
• Communicate best practices and learnings to field sales teams.
• Provide leadership on complex customer projects beyond typical account management scope.
• Ensure brand standards, accuracy and timely completion of final reports.
