Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer based in France for a fully remote independent contractor role. You will work across the stack using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Vue.js or React, and TypeScript to deliver scalable, high-performance software for an e-commerce operations platform.

You will own end-to-end features, collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps, and contribute to architecture, testing, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET stack.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js or React and TypeScript.
• SQL databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Cloud familiarity with AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end feature ownership from design to production.
• Build backend services, APIs, and components in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core.
• Develop responsive UI with Vue.js or React and TypeScript.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for scalable systems.
• Improve database models and query performance.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and implement durable fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams.
