Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer – Marketing Data based in France to translate marketing data into actionable insights. You will design data models in Snowflake and build scalable pipelines using SQL and Python, with a focus on Google Analytics data.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, ensure data quality, and apply Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and robust engineering practices in a remote, distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, marketing data, or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics data in production environments.
• Experience supporting data initiatives in retail or e-commerce contexts.
• Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake data models, transformations, and materializations.
• Python proficiency for reading, evaluating, debugging, and writing data pipelines.
• Experience mapping API endpoints, objects, fields, and identifiers to requirements.
• Git with code reviews, testing and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong data quality and validation practices across pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and transformations in Snowflake.
• Work with Google Analytics data in production to ensure structured marketing data.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python code for reliability and performance.
• Translate API documentation into practical data integration solutions.
• Implement data validation across multiple pipeline stages for data integrity.
• Apply Git-based development workflows including reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data models, transformation logic, and pipelines.
