Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Revenue & Billing Analyst based in France. You will own end-to-end billing across the customer lifecycle, including invoicing, subscriptions, payments, and refunds, while collaborating with Finance and Product to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted workflows, and a fully remote, async-first setup with overlap to the UK Finance team. English communication and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience owning customer billing and accounts receivable or collections.
• Proven experience resolving complex billing or payment issues directly with customers.
• Experience with subscription/SaaS or recurring revenue billing.
• Strong reconciliation skills with data investigations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial reporting.
• Ability to automate finance processes and workflows.
• Comfort working with AI tools while maintaining controls.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end billing process including invoicing and changes.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and dunning with customers.
• Partner with Customer Success on complex billing cases and resolutions.
• Investigate recurring billing issues and improve underlying processes.
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, and GL.
• Produce and analyze MRR/ARR movement reporting.
