Hire Feed is seeking a Research Engineer with expertise across Electrical, Mechanical, and Chemical disciplines for a remote, full-time position. You will develop and optimize cross-disciplinary engineering solutions for high-impact projects in a remote-first environment.

The role requires a PhD in a relevant field and hands-on experience in research, design, and optimization, with strong simulation and data-analysis skills to drive innovation across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization.
• Strong proficiency with simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, or SPICE.
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, and experimental design.

Responsabilités

• Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements.
• Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
