RTX Technology Research Center (RTRC) seeks a Research Engineer in the Chemical Sciences Discipline to advance materials development for electrochemical systems and sensing devices. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on coatings, catalysts, and related materials for RTX applications.
You will contribute to synthesis, manufacturing, and performance evaluation of advanced materials, collaborate across business units and with universities, labs, and startups, and help drive innovative
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical sciences field required.
- Experience operating safely in a research laboratory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis software (Python/Matlab/R/LabView) preferred.

- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team on chemical engineering projects.
