The role requires a PhD in a relevant field and hands-on experience in research, design, and optimization, with strong simulation and data-analysis skills to drive innovation across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization.

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a PhD Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves developing and optimizing advanced engineering solutions across multiple disciplines to support high-impact projects. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements
• Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability
• Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
