Lely North American Inc. is seeking a Regional Development Manager (RDM) for Canada, fully remote. The role leads regional teams to drive Premium Channel growth, manage strategy, and optimize profitability across the Lely Center network.

You will coordinate with Channel Marketing, propositions management, and the North America Sales Manager, traveling up to 45% domestically or internationally to advance regional targets and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business management; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual ability considered an asset (French/English).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PC networking, Outlook, and Presentation Software.

Responsabilités

• Lead the what and when of regional team activities to meet sales/service targets and budget KPI.
• Collaborate with Support Service Management and Marketing on who/how and align with Proposition Management and NA Sales Manager.
• Align propositions into a single coherent story for Lely Centers to balance the portfolio.
• Develop and review business plans to grow market share, dealer profitability, and customer experience.
• Implement a review/plan/forecast cycle within the regional team.
• Empower Lely Center Dealers to improve processes and performance.
• Balance time and resources for special requests and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with the manufacturer and Lely Center network including renewals and negotiations.
