Job summary

Leica Biosystems in France and Canada is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager on a 12‑month contract to define and deploy operational marketing plans for both markets, analyze local trends, and align initiatives with regional and global objectives.

You will work closely with Sales, Business Units, Commercial Development and Marketing Communications to drive campaigns, product demonstrations, events and launches, with DBS Launch Excellence supporting new-product introductions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in field marketing or product marketing.
• Proven regional marketing experience in France and Canada.
• Demonstrated experience working with direct commercial teams and executing marketing plans.
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis, strategy development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans that drive growth across France and Canada, aligning the needs of both direct markets with regional and global business objectives.
• Analyze markets and identify opportunities through market research, trends, and customer segmentation to shape regional strategy.
• Translate market data into actionable insights using MEKKO charts and market models to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Units, Commercial Development and Marketing Communications to align priorities and implement campaigns and events across France and Canada.
• Support launches of new products in France and Canada through DBS Launch Excellence with KPI tracking and post-launch analysis.
