Alice & Bob is seeking a Quantum Research Community Manager to drive adoption of our fault-tolerant quantum hardware and to foster impactful research collaborations across Europe. You will operate at the intersection of user relationships, scientific engagement, and ecosystem development.

Your role focuses on tracking user satisfaction, supporting research initiatives, and representing the company at conferences and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing environments and educational initiatives.
• MSc or PhD in quantum computing, quantum engineering, physics, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, ideally working with Python.

Responsabilités

• Champion the user journey by actively tracking satisfaction and continuously elevating the quality of the user experience.
• Track equipment usage, maximize adoption, and actively support research initiatives and scientific publications.
• Map, understand, and engage quantum research communities.
• Organise trainings, workshops, and educational initiatives in collaboration with internal experts.
• Drive the long-term adoption of Alice & Bob’s hardware by tracking global research trends and aligning our technology to support future scientific breakthroughs.
• Support active research projects and mobilise subject-matter experts to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage incoming non-urgent user inquiries and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for the product and sales teams.
• Represent Alice & Bob at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
