Lever, Inc. in France seeks a PSP Financial Analyst to oversee financial control across payment service providers. You’ll monitor payment flows, balances, settlements and provider costs in a data‑driven, international environment, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues to resolution.

You’ll work with external providers and internal teams to ensure terms are followed and costs are optimized, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and experience in reconciliation, settlements, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in finance operations, PSP reconciliation, or financial analysis.
• Experience with payment service providers, banks, fintech data.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for large datasets.
• Experience with reconciliation, provider statements, settlement reports.
• Understanding of cost control and management accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently.
• English proficiency for written communication.
• Experience in iGaming/fintech/e-commerce is a plus.
• BI tools or SQL experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day communication with payment service providers.
• Monitor balances and maintain liquidity for payouts and settlements.
• Prepare and control settlement requests, player payouts, and withdrawals.
• Reconcile turnover, balances, settlement reports, and provider statements.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and coordinate to resolve issues.
• Monitor provider fees, costs, exchange rates, and reserves.
• Analyze provider performance to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of payment procedures and controls.
