Ubisoft Paris Studio is seeking a Prompt Specialist to join a multidisciplinary team focused on AI-driven gameplay features. You will design prompts, test integrations, and help shape tooling for cross‑studio collaboration.

You will work across R&D, game design, and QA to ensure high quality prompt content, balance latency and cost, and advance best practices in prompt engineering and AI research. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passionate about video games with experience in a tech company.
• Proven experience designing prompts across providers and tasks.
• Familiar with agents, function calling, chain-of-thought, RAG concepts.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus; strong writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in scoping and design of AI-driven game features.
• Ensure technology is accessible to different departments.
• Guarantee prompt content consistency across environments while optimizing latency and cost.
• Help define and promote best practices for prompt engineering.
• Create test scenarios with QA and AI teams.
• Analyze bugs and feedback related to prompt content.
• Identify and test new ML models and design supporting tools.
• Stay up to date on prompt engineering and AI research.
