Ubisoft Paris Studio is seeking a Prompt Specialist to help shape AI-driven gameplay experiences. You will design prompts across multiple providers, ensure usability for diverse departments, and maintain prompt quality across environments.

The role favors strong English skills, writing ability, and a curious, independent mindset. You will work with data, programming, game and narrative design, and QA teams to test and refine prompts, exploring new AI models and tools while staying current with

Qualifications

• Passionate about video games with at least one prior experience in a tech company.
• Proven experience designing prompts for various tasks and providers, familiar with agents, function calling, chain-of-thought, zero-shot & few-shot learning, and RAG.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus; strong writing skills.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills; translate user needs into clear specs.
• Independent and curious by nature; able to adapt communication to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Participate in scoping and design of AI-driven game features.
• Ensure technology is accessible and usable by different departments.
• Guarantee prompt content consistency across environments; test impact on performance, latency, and cost.
• Help define and promote best practices for prompt engineering; support teams implementing them.
• Contribute to manual and automated test scenarios with QA and AI teams.
• Analyze bugs/feedback related to prompt content and suggest improvements.
• Identify and test new ML models and design tools to support their use.
• Stay up to date on prompt engineering and AI research.
