Ubisoft is seeking a Prompt Specialist to join a multidisciplinary team shaping AI-driven game features. You will scope and design prompts, ensure accessibility across departments, and test prompt content for consistency and performance.
Your strong English writing and knowledge of language models will be essential as you stay current with AI research. The role emphasizes collaboration with QA and AI teams, optimizing latency and costs, and contributing to best practices in prompt engineering.

The team's mission is to test new experiences with real players, and to equip creators with the tools they need to imagine more dynamic, immersive and surprising interactions - pushing the boundaries to unlock features that would be impossible to build otherwise.
Day to day, the team operates at the crossroads of R&D, product development, short‑form game creation, and multi‑studio collaboration, helping shape the gameplays of tomorrow.
Passionate about video games, with at least one prior experience in a tech company; Proven experience designing prompts for various tasks and across multiple providers. You're familiar with concepts like agents and function calling, reasoning strategies, chain/tree of thought approaches, zero-shot & few-shot learning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG); Solid understanding of several language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Qwen, SentenceBERT, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and their key differences; Fluent in both English, written and spoken (French is a plus). You are also known for your strong writing skills; Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to translate user needs into clear specifications; Capable of adapting your analysis and communication style to reach a wide range of stakeholders; Independent and curious by nature.
