Ubisoft Paris is seeking a Prompt Specialist to drive AI-driven game features. You will design prompts for diverse tasks, ensure accessibility across departments, and optimize prompt quality while collaborating with QA and AI teams.

The role requires strong English writing, familiarity with modern LLMs, and an interest in narrative content and gaming. Paris-based with EU remote options.

Qualifications

• Experience designing prompts for tasks across providers; knowledge of agents and function calling.
• Strong understanding of language models (GPT-4, Llama, Claude, etc.) and RAG concepts.
• Fluent in English; French a plus; strong writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Scope and design AI-driven game features and prompts.
• Ensure accessibility of AI tools across departments.
• Test prompt content for consistency, latency and cost.
• Define best practices for prompt engineering and support teams.
• Create test scenarios with QA and AI teams.
• Analyze bugs related to prompt content and suggest improvements.
• Identify and test new ML models and build supporting tools.
