IXO is seeking a flexible, remote producer/production leader to build production cases from film, TV, or theater experience, combining storytelling judgment with schedules, budgets and team coordination. You will develop questions, review answers, and refine case difficulty; deliverables are case studies, reasoned responses and scored evaluations.

This hourly remote role pays $55-$105 per hour and scope is agreed separately.

Qualifications

• Proven work as a producer, director or production leader.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with script interpretation and production workflows.
• Understanding of budgets, schedules, and team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Write production questions involving script interpretation, shot selection and talent direction.
• Develop cases about scheduling, budgets, creative problem-solving and post-production.
• Explain the trade-offs that support a strong reference decision.
• Review model answers for accuracy, practicality and adherence to production standards.
• Refine the difficulty and clarity of cases after specialist review.
