IXO seeks a candidate to craft AV production problems and test AI understanding of equipment, signal paths, and troubleshooting workflows. You will write questions, scenarios for lighting, camera operation, mixing, editing and live streaming, and explain fault diagnosis with evidence-based corrections.

Remote, asynchronous engagement with deliverables including scenario briefs, reference answers, and evaluation criteria.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or associate degree in AV production, broadcast technology or related field.
• Proven work in AV production, live-event support or broadcast operations.
• Precise analytical, written and verbal communication required.

Responsabilités

• Write questions and cases involving signal flow, equipment setup and microphone placement.
• Develop scenarios covering lighting, camera operation, mixing, editing and live streaming.
• Explain how to diagnose faults and verify that a proposed correction addresses the real problem.
• Evaluate model responses against production standards and document technical errors.
• Adjust task difficulty and clarity after review without removing the essential production challenge.
