Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in France to transform complex gaming data into actionable insights. You will work at the intersection of analytics, statistics, and data science to drive product performance and user engagement.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to build predictive models, run experiments, and create dashboards that inform strategic decisions. A product-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• At least 5 years as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in gaming/iGaming/tech.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed processing tools (BigQuery, Spark, Hive).
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries and data wrangling.
• Strong Python skills and experience with pandas and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in data visualization with Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of experimental design and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with ML fundamentals and uplift modeling.
• Experience with AI tools to improve automation and productivity.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Product-oriented mindset and ability to move beyond reporting metrics.

Responsabilités

• Analyze game and player data to identify patterns and growth opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• Investigate performance anomalies and explain business implications.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers on hypotheses and models.
• Apply statistical analysis and causal inference to identify drivers of behavior.
• Support development and validation of predictive models, including A/B testing.
• Design experiments and provide statistically sound recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs for stakeholders.
• Define metrics for new products and translate requirements into analytical frameworks.
• Communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve deliverables.
