• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimization.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
• Own product performance, UX improvements, and key metrics.
• Launch and manage A/B tests to optimize funnels and conversion.
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to inform decisions.
• Build, analyze, and optimize product funnels with data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with Gamification, Content, CRM, and Marketing teams.
