OmniShelf is seeking a remote-based Pre-Sales Support Manager Europe to close deals with Channel Partners, SI's, and enterprise customers. You will validate OmniShelf’s edge-computing solution, architect seamless integrations with legacy POS/ESL systems, and drive PoC pilots across UK, DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.

You will collaborate with regional sales, participate in technical discovery, and enable partners with the necessary training to pitch effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pre-Sales/Solution Architect roles within B2B SaaS, retail tech, or edge computing.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on deals and partner revenue.
• Hands-on understanding of retail IT ecosystems: POS, ESLs, and in-store networking.
• Excellent presentation and communication; able to translate AI/edge concepts to business ROI.
• Proven ability to scope and convert PoCs in complex enterprise environments.
• Fluency in English; German/Dutch/Swedish/Danish/Norwegian is a strategic advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery workshops with Europe-based channel partners and Sales Directors.
• Architect and present integration workflows to CIO/CTO-level buyers for seamless POS/ESL integration.
• Own PoC design, deployment, and conversion-focused pilots with tier-1 retailers.
• Enable regional partners with technical training and evangelism for OmniShelf platform.
• Coordinate with global hardware partners to ensure joint value proposition.
• Provide market feedback to engineering for roadmap inputs.
