Job summary

Illingworth Research Group in Lille, France, seeks a Per Diem Freelance Research Nurse to support clinical trials remotely. You will conduct visits and administer medication per protocol, ensuring data quality and patient safety per SOPs.

Required: RN with 2+ years post-qualification, GCP certification, and strong communication. Autonomy in a multidisciplinary team and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
• Research and clinical trials experience with GCP certification.
• Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable.
• Experience and knowledge of clinical nursing skills such as Venepuncture and ECG preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative in a team within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Good working knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Fully converse with trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF, SOPs to enable day-to-day trial running.
• Communicate with RN project manager, site staff and PI to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other meetings.
• Coordinate and complete subject trial visits on- and off-site.
• Administer trial medication per protocol and manage storage and transfer of meds.
• Process and dispatch samples in line with project requirements.
• Assist in identifying potentially eligible patients and support patient recruitment.
