Job summary

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Per Diem Freelance Research Nurse for Lille, France. The role requires a registered nurse with at least 2 years post-qualification experience and GCP certification.

You will manage trial procedures, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with site teams to support patient enrollment and safety. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing site visits, data capture, and reporting adverse events in line with SOPs and protocol requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• GCP certification is required.
• Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable.
• Venepuncture and ECG experience preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Fully conversant with trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF, off-site manual, SOPs and timelines for day-to-day trial running.
• Communicate effectively with RNPM, site staff and PI to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs; ensure confidentiality and data protection.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits (SIV) and other meetings as required.
• Coordinate and complete subject trial visits on- and off-site with RN team.
• Ensure data collection complies with protocol and SOPs.
• Administer trial medication per protocol and manage storage/transfer per SOPs.
• Process and dispatch samples with courier coordination.
• Assist in identifying eligible patients and recruitment for trials.
• Report adverse events and SUSARs to site team and RNPM, and support follow-up.
• Report any misconduct or fraud to Illingworth and associated companies.
