Illingworth Research Group is seeking per diem freelance Research Nurses to join our national pool in France. You will support clinical studies by coordinating patient care, scheduling visits, and communicating with healthcare providers to ensure smooth trial conduct.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree with at least 3 years of clinical research or patient care experience, RN license in France, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or patient care.
• Strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Support patients participating in clinical research studies by coordinating care and facilitating communication with healthcare providers.
• Help patients understand study protocols, schedule appointments, and address concerns related to their participation.
• Collaborate with research teams to monitor patient progress and collect data while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a resource to help patients navigate the healthcare system and access necessary services.
• Ensure participants remain engaged and compliant with study protocols to maintain research integrity.
• Coordinate care and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to improve efficiency.
• Ensure patient data is accurately collected and monitored to enhance research quality.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and delivery of processes and programs within area of responsibility.
