Qualifications

• Hands-on machine learning experience: train, evaluate, and ship models using frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong technical communication skills: explain ML concepts clearly to engineers.
• Excellent English proficiency: write scripts, narrate on camera.
• Genuine passion for teaching: experience in online courses, tutorials, or talks.
• Current technical knowledge: active interest in ML developments.
• Presentation confidence: comfortable presenting on camera.
• Openness to feedback: willing to follow teaching methodology and improve content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course content: define course structure, sections, lessons, labs, and notebooks.
• Create hands-on learning experiences: write lab specs and test environments.
• Write engaging educational scripts: develop video lessons of ~6 minutes.
• Deliver technical presentations: narrate scripted lessons and record demos.
• Apply practical ML expertise: build material grounded in real training/evaluation.
• Incorporate editorial feedback: refine content to quality standards.
• Collaborate remotely: coordinate with teams across time zones in Europe/Asia.
• Focus on teaching and technical content: work with production team on publishing.
