Responsibilities

• Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces showing how an LLM plans, uses tools, and decides step-by-step.
• Design and document structured reasoning workflows for sophisticated real-world tasks.
• Review and mentor reasoning trace quality for clarity and consistency.
• Develop data strategies to help LLMs navigate multi-step problem solving.
• Apply senior architectural insight to ensure data drives trustworthy model behavior.
