Jobgether is partnering with a medical technology leader to appoint a Medical Devices Installation Project Coordinator based in France. You will drive installation projects from site surveys through to completion across EMEIA and APAC regions, coordinating field engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

• Experience coordinating medical device installation projects or similar service delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate medical equipment installation projects from site surveys to completion, ensuring timelines.
• Schedule and manage field service engineers, subcontractors, and vendors across regions.
• Serve as primary coordination point between customers, engineers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Communicate installation schedules, site access requirements, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Review site survey information and translate requirements to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with regional managers to optimize resource allocation and engineer utilization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and ensure activities align with timelines.
• Identify risks, conflicts, delays, and address issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and installation reports.
• Ensure compliance documentation and quality procedures are completed and maintained.
• Prepare project reports and contribute to data collection and analytics.
• Maintain project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) and keep data up to date.
• Support development and improvement of installation documents and workflows.
