Job summary

Jobgether in France partners with a US-based health insurance agency to hire a Medicare & Health Insurance Outbound Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant. This is a fully remote independent contractor role supporting outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and lead management.

You will contact Medicare clients, use approved scripts, document interactions in leads tools and produce daily activity reports. Strong English, empathy for seniors, and a reliable home workspace are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based customer service or telemarketing.
• Strong spoken and written English with clear, professional delivery.
• Experience setting appointments or handling lead generation.
• Experience communicating with seniors or requiring extra time for explanations.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Medicare leads using client-provided lists.
• Introduce calls with approved scripts and gauge interest in discussing Medicare coverage.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage follow-ups.
• Document call outcomes, appointment details, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports.
