Travelive is expanding its sales team and seeks an experienced Travel Planner focused on incoming travel to Croatia and Slovenia. This remote position offers opportunities to grow within a leading DMC, with cross-border collaboration and a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have in-depth knowledge of Croatia and Slovenia, 4+ years in travel planning, and a passion for luxury itineraries. Fluency in English is required, and there is potential for career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations in Croatia and Slovenia.
• Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Croatia and Slovenia.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and booking platforms.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on Croatia and Slovenia.
• Create client profiles and prepare client quotations.
• Handle inquiries promptly and accurately to understand client requirements.
• Convert inquiries and meet sales targets.
• Offer bespoke travel solutions and craft unique itineraries to fulfill requests.
• Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and tools.
