Dreams Travel CR is seeking a Travel Experience Specialist to join our remote team. You will help travelers plan unforgettable experiences by providing destination guidance, organizing travel details, and supporting clients throughout their planning process.

You will work remotely while transforming travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and memorable experiences. This role offers exposure to international suppliers and the opportunity to develop skills within the travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist travelers in planning vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
• Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.
• Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
