Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a Front End Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications and reusable components within a cross-functional squad.

You will collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers, ensuring accessible, high-quality interfaces while adhering to design systems and best practices. Afull-stack mindset and proactive improvements are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional Front End experience.
• Strong expertise in modern web app architecture and React ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and ES6+ features.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, TanStack) and REST API integration.
• CSS with modern tooling; performance, accessibility, and design systems knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications and component libraries.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs following design systems and best practices.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with Backend, Design, and PMs to define API contracts and data structures.
• Improve performance, bundle size, and loading times.
