Job summary

Resilience Care seeks a Head of Clinical Operations to lead all clinical studies—RCTs, ISRs and RWE projects. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and manage a team of five to six CTMs/CRAs, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget and quality standards.

You will establish SOPs, budgets, timelines and risk registers, and collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Data Management, Regulatory and Finance. This role is fully remote from France with some travel.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in clinical research with team or portfolio management.
• Experience leading studies for sponsors or industry partners.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including GCP and ICH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the study portfolio: budgets, timelines, risk registers, GCP compliance, milestones and reporting.
• Allocate projects and manage the team’s workload; prioritise recruitment needs.
• Develop and coach the team—Senior CTMs, CTMs and CRAs.
• Ensure quality: SOPs, templates, audit prep; ensure GDPR compliance.
• Escalation point for sites and partners on delays or budget overruns.
• Build operational model for clinical research with cross-functional collab.
• Work across Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Data Management, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance, Market Access and Product.
